Who needs cupcakes and all the calories when you’ve got the so sweet designs of Tamsin Cooper!  The velvet brooches on the top tier are $19.50 each as are the taffeta brooches in the middle. The compact mirrors on the bottom tier are $39.35.  Hawke’s Bay stockists are Brocante, Wild Roses Cafe and Port O Call.
