Delivery time

We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the day of placement. However during very busy times it may be sent the next business day.
Orders placed within New Zealand will be sent via Post Haste Couriers and in most cases will arrive the following day. However for rural areas allow 3-5 days .

International Air Mail

For orders being delivered outside of NZ you may choose from two delivery methods. During the checkout process you can select delivery via ‘NZ Post Air’ or ‘International Courier’
Rates are based on the size of the product(s) and the country you would like us to ship to. Please see the guide to shipping rates and delivery targets below, actual shipping costs will be calculated when you are at the checkout.

NZ Post International Air service:

Zone A: Australia - $8.00 (sm), $15.00 (lg) Target delivery in 3-6 days

Zone B: South Pacific - $12.00 (sm), $30.00 (lg) Target delivery in 3-10 days

Zone C: East Asia and North America - $15.00 (sm), $50.00 (lg) Target delivery in 4-10 days

Zone D: UK and Europe - $15.00 (sm), $50.00 (lg) Target delivery in 4-10 days

Zone E: Rest of the World - $15.00 (sm), $50.00 (lg) Target delivery in 5-10 days

International Courier

You have the option to add an international tracking number to your order. Tracking is recorded from pickup in NZ to delivery overseas. Target delivery time is 3-6 days

If your package does not arrive in the expected time frame it is usually only delayed. However a tracking number can provide peace of mind. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are delayed or lost in the post.

Zone B: South Pacific - $65.00 (sm), $258.00 (lg)

Zone C: East Asia and North America - $42.00 (sm), $75.00 (lg)

Zone D: UK and Europe - $42.00 (sm), $75.00 (lg)

Zone E: Rest of the World - $42.00 (sm), $75.00 (lg)

Destination taxes and duties

While every legal effort is made to minimise import charges, individual countries may impose duties and taxes on your order. Any import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
